Clinical Assistant I – Remote PST Preferred

A Clinical Assistant I plays a pivotal role in supporting various departments by monitoring lab and reporting processes, troubleshooting various Ambry-specific systems, and serving as the liaison between reputed company stakeholders. The Clinical Assistant I expertly coordinates internal cases and delivers technical and clinical information to clients and patients with professionalism through diverse communication channels, including phone calls, Ambry messaging, and email. Additionally, the Clinical Assistant I is responsible for contributing to the optimization of specialized workflows, driving process improvements, and supporting the successful completion of projects. This role demands critical decision-making and the ability to adapt to evolving company needs.

Essential Functions

• Deliver precise technical and clinical expertise: reputed company clear, accurate, and timely technical and clinical information to clients and patients through diverse communication channels (i.e. phone calls, emails, Ambry Messages). Ensure thorough follow-up to gather order-specific data and documentation, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Clinical inquiry management and prioritization: Serve as a critical reputed company of contact for internal teams, managing and triaging clinical inquiries with efficiency and precision to ensure reputed company resolution and maintain smooth workflow operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 0+ years of experience
