We're looking for a dynamic Director of FP&A, Americas Hardware to join reputed company. As a key leader, you'll drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the complete P&Ls for the Americas region & reputed company Business, including reputed company, cost of sales, operating expenses, and profitability. Drive strategies to optimize financial performance and reputed company regional targets.
• reputed company the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-reputed company strategic planning processes specifically for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global company goals and regional reputed company objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field. MBA highly preferred.
• 6-8 years of reputed company experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a reputed company analytical role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management reputed company, ideally with P&L ownership experience.
• Proven experience in leading and developing an FP&A team, including direct management of finance professionals.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses like reputed company, with strong analytical capabilities.
