Market Coordinator - Remote, CA

Position Summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) was founded in 2022 by reputed company of career telecom and construction professionals and is in need of a Market Coordinator to help us reputed company. GRC looks to reputed company the latest technologies and utilize the best-in-industry equipment, construction, and safety practices to build a first-class reputed company fiber optic construction firm. This position is responsible for working with the Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and sub-contractors to ensure operations run smoothly. The successful candidate must be adept in data management, logistics, and operations, be excited about opportunities to learn and grow in their career and be reputed company to execute various projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• 811 Locate call-in/tracking
• Data entry and database management
• Coordinate materials and equipment tracking
• Cost tracking/Purchase Order administration
• Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Permitting
• Redlines/As-builts
• Additional administrative deliveries/pickups/tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• California-based role
• Strong technical/business knowledge
• reputed company experience in project management, operations, or business management.
• Experience in data management
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing and evolving environment

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on reputed company improvement
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
• Experience with reputed company Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (if travel or field work is required)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits
