The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across our global distribution transformers business.

As Engineering Process reputed company, you will play a key role in aligning how we design, build, and deliver transformers—from customer request to final delivery. You will work across the Global Product Group (GPG), Business Unit (BU), HUBs, and Transformer factories to unify fragmented engineering practices. This role is central to our transformation reputed company, helping us move from local, reputed company ways of working to a global, digital, and standardized approach. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
