About this role

reputed company’s reputed company Technology team has an opportunity for a dynamic reputed company (HR) Technology Product Manager with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives through innovative technology solutions. This is a remote position for someone that is living in the Eastern Time Zone in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for reputed company 
• Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions 
• Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing reputed company and future technology investments 
• Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in reputed company reputed company module
• Stay reputed company with reputed company, leading reputed company technologies, and Gen AI
• Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determineadditional reputed company and emerging technologies in reputed company at reputed company 
• Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company module

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, reputed company or reputed company field
• Broad management and leadership knowledge
• Relevant certifications in reputed company reputed company module
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures
• Work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA 
• Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development
