About the Role:

As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company billing-reputed company inquiries. Your responsibilities will include billing and processing charges, researching outstanding billing items, generating invoices, preparing itemized invoices, and reviewing and validating refunds. You will also support vendor operations and consistently reputed company feedback to the management team regarding any inaccuracies to solve problems and improve processes.

Collaboration with internal departments will be essential to ensure the timely handling and resolution of cases. Additionally, you will assist our sales team in an operational reputed company to reputed company sales and generate quotes.
