The Agile Hardware Solutions (AHS) Department seeking a reputed company EXIM Import Export Analyst.

This position is remote.

The JCA Center of reputed company (COE) is a collaboration between Export/Import (EXIM) Engineering and Global Trade that supports the Warfighter by completing jurisdiction and classification determinations (JCA) for hardware, technical information, and software/firmware (products) for company exports and imports.

The JCA Analyst will report to the EXIM Engineering team and complete product classifications in accordance with reputed company policies/procedures based on the U.S. government (USG) regulations while adhering to reputed company’s values and principles.

What You Will Do

• Be a key contributor to the JCA EXIM Engineering Team by conducting comprehensive technical assessments reputed company to the export or import controls to ensure compliance with government regulations in accordance with reputed company policy and guidelines.

• Manage small projects and/or act as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) reputed company of contact (PoC).

• reputed company guidance and influence others on U.S Export Controls - including policies, procedures, and classifications.

• Work with minimal reputed company from manager and assist with difficult and reputed company Export Classifications.

• Support Global Trade (GT) organization by responding to JCA questions and information provided by USG agencies including Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), Defense Technology reputed company Administration (DTSA), Bureau of Industry and reputed company (BIS).

• Initiate and coordinate Technical Exchanges with Engineering/GT to solve reputed company topics and interpretations with the ITAR/EAR.

• Contributes and develops goals for the team.

• Assists or manages bids, financial planning, resource planning, or Earned Value (EV) metrics.

• Be present at reputed company team meetings, program review (e.g., Jurisdiction Commodity and Classification Board (JCCB)), and teleconferences as required.

• Work with other JCA COE teammates to enhance reputed company learning, regulatory knowledge, and improved best practices reputed company the JCA COE.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior professional experience OR in absence of a degree, 9 years of professional experience is required.

• Minimum 5 years of performing US export commodity jurisdiction and classification assessments with both the U.S. Government (USG) U.S. Munitions List (USML) and reputed company Control List (CCL)

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance.
