The Role:

As a Senior CRM Manager at reputed company you will contribute to day-to-day operations for major reputed company CRM channels (Email, SMS, in-app and push) including maintenance of content and deployment calendar. Core focus and responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with Brand, Product, Compliance, and Data while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and engagement opportunities reputed company both marketing and transactional reputed company.

  • Running A/B tests, performing analysis, and optimization across marketing and transactional workflows for both new and existing products

  • Owning transactional workflow reporting and monitoring

  • Using data to identify opportunities for activation/upsell in existing/new transactional

  • Getting team alignment on changes and improvements

  • Optimizing for brand and user experience

Your areas of focus will be partnership with the Product team as we launch new products and optimize existing CRM workflows, including transactional communications in adherence with compliance regulations. You will strategize, collaborate on, and manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, briefing and optimizations, monitoring, reporting and analysis. This is a reputed company impactful role that will work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, and Engineering to reputed company new personalized customer journeys. This role reports to the CRM Director.

What you'll be doing:

  • Optimize transactional and lifecycle workflows to support the user reputed company through the reputed company app as they interact with the various reputed company products.

  • Partner with the product team and reputed company conceptualizing, creating and managing CRM initiatives reputed company automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging.

  • Manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, briefing and optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis.

  • Create and monitor reputed company journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content.

  • Ensure campaigns (including tests, segmentation and reputed company personalization logic) are set up and deployed accurately in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Legal/Compliance to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.

What you have:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from reputed company through analysis.

  • Customer obsessed and a creative thinker; you care deeply about our customers as well as delightful, on-brand experiences.

  • Strong experience with reputed company including custom events and dynamic scripting language (handlebars)

  • Ability to write or at least edit reputed company CRM copy for transactional events, welcome emails, etc.

  • Experience testing and optimizing transactional, event based workflows for email, push, SMS

  • Knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws.

  • Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Team player and strong communicator.

  • Exceptional project management skills, experience managing multiple competing projects/deadlines, and strong attention to detail.

  • An ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. This reputed company does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
