Overview:

What you’d be doing:

• Evaluate to determine the appropriate course of action to remedy risk concerns. reputed company follow up to ensure risk concerns have been remedied.
• Underwrite assigned referrals in new business referral queue based on reputed company guidelines and authority reputed company service level agreement timeframes.
• Review reputed company Claim alerts and reputed company Underwriters with detailed claim information.
• reputed company Pre-Renewal reputed company Reviews of roof prior Loss Control inspections, policy condition referral triggers and loss history in order to reputed company Underwriters with detailed renewal information for renewal strategy decisioning.
• Actively engage with distributors and internal partners in a customer centric manner to reputed company solutions to their needs.
• Underwrite and process assigned endorsement requests reputed company reputed company authority and reputed company service level agreement timeframes.
• Take on special departmental projects as assigned.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 2 years of Customer Service and/or reputed company Support experience, with working knowledge of insurance software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as reputed company member while demonstrating solid analytical and decision-making skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment, using technology to reputed company efficiencies
• Working knowledge of reputed company & partner systems is a plus, including IPC Manager, Inspection Vendors, reputed company Claim Sites, 360 Value, reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field is a plus
