Market Pay’s payment solutions are designed and developed internally by our Products and Solutions teams. The development teams use the scrum methodology. The SAFe methodology is used to synchronise teams’ roadmaps and ensure the delivery of transversal epics.

What You’ll Do:

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support one or more agile teams in delivering value reputed company and continuously improving their ways of working. You’ll work alongside reputed company Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches and reputed company hands-on experience in agile delivery reputed company a dynamic tech environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)

• Supporting the team in removing blockers and optimizing reputed company

• Helping maintain agile tools (Jira, reputed company) and reporting on delivery metrics

• Encouraging reputed company improvement by collecting feedback and sharing agile practices

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team

Requirements:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field

• You are curious about agile methodologies and the Scrum reputed company

• You have excellent communication and organization skills

• You are proactive, a good listener, and not afraid to ask questions

• You enjoy working in teams and facilitating group discussions

• Bonus: You’ve already heard of Jira, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban – or you’re eager to learn fast!
