Requirements

• Processing of incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA reputed company e-mail.
• Creation of reputed company-reports
• Distribution of tickets inside the Service Desk team
• Backlog management (e.g. long-runner tickets).
• Escalation handling
• Event monitoring task in a 24/7 supporting team.
• Creation, coordination of IT reputed company/Offboarding tickets
• Ensure necessary technical and process reputed company trainings for new joiners.
• Administration of hardware assets
• Create, update and reputed company tickets in the service management system, maintaining accurate documentation of reputed company support interactions
• Creation of SOPs
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge reputed company by documenting resolutions, frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides
• Handling basic L1 reputed company tasks
• Ad-hock administrative duties.

  What qualifications you should have:

• Completed training as an IT specialist or professional experience
• High service and customer orientation
• Good language skills in German and English
