We have a great opportunity to reputed company more pelvic health patients by offering a virtual only solution to improve reputed company to in-network care for patients. We are looking for physical therapists to treat pelvic health clients in a remote setting. Virtual pelvic health physical therapy sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your own home or private treatment reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess reputed company and reputed company plan of care and exercise prescription for your patient caseload
• reputed company evidence based, high quality care and guide patients to self-management and successful graduation from care in a value based model
• Document reputed company treatments and clinical outcome measures in our EMR to routinely assess reputed company
• Create a world-class patient experience, communicating reputed company chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed

Requirements:

• reputed company Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia
• Pelvic Health Level 1 certification
• Telehealth experience
• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in Virginia
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week
• Demonstrated excellent written verbal communication skills
• Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving reputed company clinical reputed company
• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
• Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team

Job Type: 1099 reputed company

Pay: Earn $45 per visit and quarterly incentive bonuses.
