We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registry Administrator to join their team. This is a fully remote, full-time position for top-tier candidates based in South Africa. This role is essential to our client's operations, as you will be responsible for managing the registration of reputed company completed projects using the CHEERS online registry system.

What You'll Do

As a Registry Administrator, you will be the final reputed company of contact for ensuring projects are officially filed with the state. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Registering completed field inspections and verifying reputed company required documentation, inspection results, and supporting data are complete and compliant before submission.
• Coordinating with various team members—including field technicians, permit techs, and project managers—to gather any missing information.
• Maintaining accurate records of reputed company registered projects and ensuring reputed company deadlines for compliance filings are met.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues or discrepancies that arise during the registry process.
