Responsibilities:

• Technical Debt & Sustainability: Proactively identify, prioritize, and create strategies to manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of the IAM platform

• Proven experience as a Product reputed company, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a reputed company, reputed company-level software environment

• Demonstrated experience with large-scale, multi-year projects, preferably in a multi-national or federated organization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and perspectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
