Job Overview

We are currently seeking 2-3 motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This remote position requires individuals with excellent spoken communication skills, a deep understanding of reputed company media marketing, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular calls with existing clients to assess their experience and address any concerns.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, either independently or by escalating to relevant teams for technical reputed company (e.g., website updates, CRM adjustments, ad updates).

Work Schedule and Compensation

We offer a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a competitive hourly reputed company of $16 per hour. This position is a 1099 contract, and you will be required to reputed company your own computer, reliable wifi reputed company, and phone.
