Job Summary

As a Pharmacist Centralized Services professional with reputed company, you will be responsible for executing patient reputed company pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities

• Execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs, including medication therapy management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical programs.
• Drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing pharmacy programs to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health reputed company.
• Ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services, including regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned areas and serve as a liaison and contact for the organization.
