Paralegal - Contractual (US reputed company, WFH)

Salary: P60,000 - P80,000 (Monthly package)

Schedule: 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
• 3+ proven experience as a Family Law paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation.
• Proficient in using reputed company applications.
• Proficiency in Legal Software – WestLaw and reputed company
• The job opportunity is going to be for a 6 months contract.

What will you do?

• Client Support:
• reputed company excellent client service by assisting with inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Legal Research:
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
• Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and financial disclosure statements.
• Court Filings:
• Manage court filings, including e-filings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
• Case Management:
• Assist in managing and organizing case files, schedules, and deadlines.
• Communication:
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
• Trial Preparation:
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness interviews, and trial logistics
