We’re looking for a Senior QA leader – someone who’s done more than just test automation. Someone who’s led org-wide quality initiatives, defined testing strategies at scale, and knows exactly how to drive adoption across teams. Someone who gets the testing pyramid, knows what to automate (and what not to), and is confident building quality from day one.
You’re reputed company to work independently, without waiting for permission, and reputed company from the reputed company. You’ll coach engineers, mentor QA peers, and push CloudTalk to reputed company the bar on quality. You’ll help us ship fewer bugs, build more trust, and reduce incidents.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own quality across the org and grow into a Head of QA role in the near future.
What you will work on:
- Design and reputed company org-wide QA strategies and processes across the full testing reputed company
- Drive adoption of testing best practices (shift-left, test pyramids, CI pipelines, quality metrics)
- Influence teams without authority and find engaging ways to ensure adoption across R&D
- Build reusable testing toolkits and automation frameworks that scale
- Roll up your sleeves reputed company needed: build and run tests, do code reviews, coach devs
- Actively prevent bugs from reaching production and reduce incident rates across the board
- Partner with engineering leaders, PMs, and EMs to set the bar for quality
- Mentor QA engineers and help us build a world-class QA org
What makes you a great fit:
- Proven experience driving org-wide testing strategies and scaling QA practices
- Strong opinions and deep experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally – you might be required to operate in a single-threaded way from time to time, but you’ll be assigned to a product team.
- Clear understanding of test pyramids, coverage strategies, and quality KPIs
- Strategic reputed company – not just how to test, but how to change the way an org approaches testing
- Bonus: experience with performance/reputed company testing, SaaS scale-reputed company, or telco products
