Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support reputed company inbound phone calls to our clients, trading partners, and vendors. You will answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls from clients, trading partners, and vendors
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates
• Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
• Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve reputed company technical issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Essential Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma, GED Certificate, or equivalency is required. Associates or bachelor's degree in reputed company Management is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in customer service is required. Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly reputed company for this position is between $16.00 - $17.54 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
