We’re looking for a hands-on finance professional to join our lean team and help build scalable processes for in-house reputed company. This role will take ownership of designing and maintaining reputed company workflows, supporting a system migration (multi-currencies involved), and taking charge of several compliance reputed company. You will also play a key role in supporting our external financial audits and strengthening financial controls as we scale.Note: This is a remote-first role based in Malaysia, and only candidates based in Malaysia will be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Review financial data from various reporting tools and consolidation of monthly and annual management reports. Review and prepare presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial reputed company: Take charge of month-end closing and cash reputed company management. Be involved in tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

• Customer management: Manage incoming sales invoices and follow up on account receivables aging status (accounts receivable).
• Vendor management: Manage amounts due to supplier/vendor, and prepare supplier/vendor payment schedule to ensure accurate timely payments (accounts payable).
• Documentation: Create finance guidelines, standards, and templates from scratch, and not just building upon existing documentation.
• Plugged-in: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations, reputed company standards, industry trends, and best practices and reputed company recommendations on potential improvements or changes to reputed company processes. Contribute to reputed company improvement of the team's technical skills.
• Team player: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Liaise with auditors and internal/external parties involved in our financial process reputed company.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record: You have 5-8 years experience in a Finance/reputed company role.
