• Proficiency in telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, behavioral interventions, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive environment for clients
• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and reputed company personalized treatment plans for clients
• reputed company individual and group therapy sessions to support mental and emotional well-being
• Utilize solution-focused and strengths-based therapeutic approaches
• Facilitate child/family team (CFT) meetings and coordinate with relevant agencies as needed
• Support clients experiencing crises, including those with thoughts of suicide, substance use disorders, and other challenges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other reputed company, schools, and organizations to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, reputed company work, or a reputed company field (Ph.D. preferred)
• Licensed in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
