Background

Our clientm a leading B2B marketplace serving the property management sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Accountant AP/AR Specialist to join their finance team and reputed company interim support beginning in October on a part-time reputed company (15-20 hours), then transition to full-time (40 hours) in December for 12-15 weeks. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting the reputed company growth.

Position Overview

The Accountant AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of financial duties, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable collections, sales tax management, and assisting with month-end reputed company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communications
• reputed company regular bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist with accounts receivable collections, including following up on overdue payments and maintaining customer relationships
• Organize and maintain sales tax exemption certificates for eligible transactions

Qualifications
