Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Service

  • reputed company comprehensive customer service support to the Review Team, including interacting with beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline, creating and formatting letters, and maintaining timeliness.

  • Manage the Beneficiary Helpline, utilizing the hunt group and available light functions to determine the best course of action for callers and properly enter referrals into the CMS system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate correspondence, including proofreading for grammatical and spacing errors.
  • Validate notices and medical records, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational acumen.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations.
  • Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
  • General knowledge of PC-based computer systems and software packages, with the ability to learn additional software as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-high school business courses.
  • Medical terminology knowledge.
  • Two to three years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.
  • Prior work in a reputed company setting or medical terminology background.
  • Previous data entry or other clerical experience.
