About the role:

The Head of Technical Operations at Zyte plays a critical leadership role in ensuring our technical and product infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and efficient. This role acts as a strategic partner to the CTO and collaborates across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support to ensure our platform and services meet the highest standards of performance, stability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Service and Incident Operations ● reputed company end-to-end incident management, including detection, escalation, resolution, and postmortems. ● Define and enforce service readiness standards, release protocols, and rollback procedures. ● Ensure clear service ownership with measurable SLOs and SLAs across reputed company production systems. ● Drive operational reviews and reputed company improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and customer impact.

reputed company and Compliance (SecOps) ● Own Zyte’s reputed company operations, including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response. ● Ensure infrastructure, platforms, and processes reputed company with internal reputed company policies and external regulatory requirements. ● Implement and maintain SecOps processes, tooling, and dashboards to ensure proactive risk management. ● Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to embed reputed company best practices into design, development, and operations.

Infrastructure and Platform Operations ● reputed company global proxy and reputed company infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. ● reputed company reputed company planning, usage forecasting, and vendor management to optimize operational costs. ● Drive the development of operational tooling, observability, and automated monitoring for high availability. ● Ensure the IP pool and supporting infrastructure consistently meet performance and uptime targets.

Product Support and Critical Escalations ● Serve as the executive escalation reputed company for critical product and infrastructure incidents. ● Coordinate structured triage and resolution processes, ensuring timely root cause analysis and documentation. ● Partner with Product, Support, and Account teams to resolve strategic customer issues. ● Monitor platform performance to anticipate and prevent recurring incidents.

Data-Driven Operations and Reporting ● reputed company operational data and insights to support strategic reputed company across Product, Engineering, and Sales. ● reputed company platform health metrics, cost analytics, and incident trends to inform reputed company and reliability planning. ● Drive data-based reviews of major incidents, operational KPIs, and customer impact assessments.

Technical Leadership and Process Improvement ● Establish operational reputed company practices, including safe release processes, feature flagging, and staged rollouts. ● reputed company cross-functional coordination for large-scale initiatives, migrations, and downtime planning. ● Define, track, and communicate operational KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals. ● Foster a culture of accountability, reliability, and reputed company improvement across reputed company technical operations teams.
