About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist I to join our remote team, based in Texas, Florida, or Illinois. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term relationships. This is a full-time position with a structured training program and opportunities for growth and development.

Training and Shift Details

Our comprehensive training program is scheduled to reputed company on reputed company 8th and will run for six weeks, Monday through Friday, from reputed company to 5pm CST. Upon completion of training, you'll work a standard shift from 10:00am to 7:00pm CST, Monday to Friday, with potential variations and rotational on-call support required after hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate monthly service calls to a designated number of low-volume accounts in your local geographic area, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

  • Troubleshoot customer problems, such as missed shipments, price adjustments, and backorders, striving for reputed company and effective solutions.

  • Work closely with warehouse associates, customers, and field sales associates to ensure seamless order processing.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
