Sr. Application Engineer / Territory Head – GBT Bearing and Automotive (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy

• Identify and reputed company new business opportunities for specialty lubricants in the Bearing and Automotive industries across Gujarat.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to reputed company reputed company and market reputed company targets.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, reputed company platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competition, and customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management & Technical Consultation

• Engage with key decision-makers, OEMs, and end-users in the bearing and automotive sectors to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable lubricant solutions based on customers' operational requirements.
• Demonstrate the value proposition of Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing their technical benefits and cost savings potential.
• Address customer concerns, handle objections, and reputed company reputed company solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Channel Management & Sales Operations

• reputed company and manage sales through channel partners to optimize coverage and service efficiency.
• Work closely with sales support and planning teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Market Intelligence & Competition Benchmarking

• Analyze competitive products and market trends in the automotive and bearing segments to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical , Masters in Engineer or Business Administration (preferred) with 6 to 10 years of experience.
