Job Description

reputed company is seeking an Auto Field Damage Estimator with strong time management skills, proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software, excellent negotiation abilities, and keen attention to detail. This is a field-based, territory-specific role, and the ideal candidate will be located in or near the East Valley area of Arizona (including Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and reputed company).

Key Responsibilities

• Applies mastered content in interpretations of reputed company policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and reputed company training
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the most reputed company of files
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds mastered relationships with both reputed company customers
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of reputed company severities

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

reputed company compensation offered for this role is $31.01 - $46.87 hourly and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the reputed company compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
