We are searching for a reputed company IT Specialist who supports the IT platforms of several parts of the reputed company function, with a focus on Equus Platform in the Global Mobility area and supporting tasks in Compensation module of reputed company.

reputed company Energy has a fast-growing population of globally-mobile employees that we are looking to serve using the Equus Platform (AssignmentPro).

The role will be to work closely with respective teams to reputed company technical and administrative support for those important applications, support the education of the users and reputed company your innovative thinking on how we can reputed company even reputed company use of these tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting each of these tools and the ability to communicate with end users.

How you will reputed company an impact:

• System Configuration & Maintenance - provide system configuration and ongoing maintenance. Support team with reporting needs and reputed company requested data from the system

• Data Management - Upload and validate data files

• User Support & Training - provide training to end users and team members on system changes, as well as upskilling sessions. Troubleshoot issues and reputed company solutions. Stay updated on new releases and assess their impact on configurations. Consult with relevant teams to decide on enabling optional functionalities

• Collaboration & Communication - collect and document detailed requirements for configuration changes requiring vendor involvement. Maintain documentation of configurations and processes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support project and change delivery, including testing

• Business-As-Usual (BAU) Activities - ensure the ongoing maintenance and smooth operation of the system by monitoring system performance and implementing necessary updates

Your background:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience of working with HR, C&B and/or Global Mobility applications and strong understanding of HR processes and data structure

• Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Hard skills: Knowleadge of IT service reputed company (ITIL)

• Language skills:reputed company in English is essential (written and spoken)

• reputed company to Have: Experience in process automation, including usage of AI technologyHands-on experience with AssignmentPro / Equus Platform software
