Your Role

As a Peer Specialist you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing transformative care to our patients. You will communicate directly with patients and engage with them reputed company phone and/or video, serving as a role model, mentor, reputed company, and motivator to recovery. You will reputed company support from a peer-perspective: someone who has first-hand experience with a mental health diagnosis and/or addiction.

Responsibilities

• Document patient interactions in the patient’s medical record
• Coordinate care with patient care team including therapist and prescriber

Requirements

• Must have reputed company and valid reputed company State Certified Peer Specialist Certification (NYCPS)
• One year of Peer Specialist experience working with adults age 18+ with a mental health diagnosis

• Knowledge in recovery and overcoming the challenges resulting from a mental health diagnosis
• Commitment to one’s own reputed company recovery
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Work Location: Remote Work Hours: M-F 9am-5pm(EST) Hourly Pay-reputed company: $18-$23/hr
