Position Overview:
The Specialty Pharmacy Liaison (SPL) will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company communications with specialty pharmacy (SP) partners ensuring smooth case pull through and an reputed company patient experience for those served through the SP channel. The SPL will manage reputed company follow up with SP partners and internal stakeholders, collaborating across teams to resolve issues, remove reputed company barriers, and meet patient needs. The SPL will support SP data quality to track trends and proactively anticipate and address any challenges or reputed company barriers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong partnerships with Specialty Pharmacy partners to improve patient reputed company, reputed company the patient experience, and find efficiencies in working together to streamline the patient reputed company.
- Conduct regularly scheduled calls with specialty pharmacy partners to address escalated or stalled patient cases. Track issues through to resolution.
- Support copay card program escalations and claims resolution.
- Consistently evaluate and reputed company around processes reputed company to working relationships with specialty pharmacies.
- Demonstrate and maintain an understanding of HUB Business rules, patient reputed company and HUB communication documents for patients and HCPs.
- Effectively identify and reputed company new trends or other knowledge that could negatively impact BESREMi reputed company with the Patient reputed company leadership team.
- Establish and maintain professional and effective relationships with reputed company reputed company stakeholders including but not limited to HUB, specialty pharmacies and market reputed company colleagues.
- Prepare and publish weekly data tracking tools for internal stakeholders’ visibility into specialty pharmacy cases.
- Support SP data quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of specialty pharmacy, case management, patient reputed company, or HUB vendor relationship management experience.
- Strong background in the insurance, reimbursement, and payer landscape as it relates to specialty pharmacies and PBMs.
- Prior experience in oncology or rare disease/specialty therapies or relatable experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business, customer, and patient needs/requirements.
- High level of proficiency using data and analytics tools and platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to ~10% domestically.
- Direct experience working for or with specialty pharmacies.
- Experience presenting information to senior leadership and organizational stakeholders.
- Pharma/biotech patient services experience.
