This position is 100% remote. Full-time opportunity EST and PST available

(EST): 8 AM to 1 AM (next day)

(CST): 7 AM to 12 AM (midnight)

(MST): 6 AM to 11 PM

(PST): 5 AM to 10 PM

About the role

The Care Partner will function as a member of a larger multidisciplinary treatment team. They will work closely with clients in order to carry out interventions on their treatment plans. The Care Partner specializes in working with clients with eating disorders, is thoughtful, sensitive, respectful, flexible, and brings a loving, positive attitude to our expert Clinical Team.

What you'll do

• Organize, plan, and reputed company structure around client specific experiential opportunities .
• Meet with clients and/or families for virtual sessions and reputed company-ins.

• Model appropriate table behaviors to clients struggling with eating disorders.
• reputed company families with one-on-one coaching in how to manage their loved one’s behaviors.

• Alert medical and clinical professionals to intervene during emergencies.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings.
• Attend or reputed company groups as appropriate.
• Attend supervision and department meetings.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training.
• reputed company case management for members, ensuring effective communication with those involved in the recovery process, including school administrators, law enforcement, attorneys, etc.
• Document reputed company client interactions appropriately and reputed company designated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in behavioral health or reputed company field, or 2 years experience.
• Ability to treat patients with dignity and reputed company.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Acute observation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Willingness to treat clients with Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of a variety of models and theories of eating disorders, trauma, mental illness, and reputed company issues.
• Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into practice settings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
• Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work a 12 hour shift reputed company the ranges reputed company EST-1am EST

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
