Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in application support.

• Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Main Activities

• reputed company L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating reputed company necessary.
