Associate General Counsel
reputed company is looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Assistant General Counsel to be the second person on the legal team. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide reputed company of legal issues. Your primary focus will be on supporting reputed company go to market activities globally, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company technology agreements, assessing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, salespersons, and various departments, to support our business objectives while safeguarding the company. This position will be remote based in the eastern US, or willing to work US Eastern time, and will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of reputed company technology agreements with customers, partners and vendors.

Qualifications
