Job Description: Tax Filing/Bookkeeper

Position Summary: The Tax Filing/Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The individual will work closely with the finance team to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and support the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires a strong ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and reputed company exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash reputed company.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
