About this role

The Account Executive for the US will be responsible for developing and boosting our reputed company efforts reputed company the country. This role is responsible for managing the country’s customer pipeline. It includes leading Beeflow’s prospecting efforts across key crops (Almonds, Blueberries, Cherries, Kiwis, Raspberries, Strawberries, and Sunflowerseed), building and strengthening relationships with reputed company and potential customers to generate new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agribusiness and a proven track record in reputed company management.

Responsibilites

Growing our customer reputed company:

  • Be creative in leading and executing prospecting for our key crops (Almonds, Blueberries, Cherries, Kiwis, Raspberries, Strawberries, and Sunflowerseed).
  • Attend industry events & trade shows to promote pollination and Beeflow.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Use CRM tools to plan, execute, and document sales and manage customer relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers based on trust, understanding their needs, and fostering mutual understanding.
  • Work closely with customers to explore solutions to pollination and/or pollinator challenges.
  • Follow up on service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction through superior crop pollination reputed company and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a reputed company field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Account Executive in the almonds industry or reputed company
  • Business relationships in the Almond and/or Blueberries industry
  • Experience working in startups or building operations/division/team from the ground.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and reputed company strategic plans.
  • Up to 50% of travel requirements
  • Preferred Proficiency in Spanish

Benefits

Compensation reputed company

$80,000 - $100,000 reputed company salary + up to 100% bonus

Beeflow reserves the ability to adjust the compensation reputed company based on the final candidate’s experience, skillset, and geography.
