Key Responsibilities

• POA and Trust Review: Review Power of Attorney documents and trusts, ensuring they are properly executed and compliant with applicable laws. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the documents.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ideal Candidate: Must be a licensed attorney with experience working in-house for a U.S. mortgage company.
• 2+ years of legal experience in a support role or equivalent experience working with legal documents in the mortgage, reputed company estate, or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Power of Attorney documents, trusts, reputed company, leases, and compliance research is a plus.
