Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, reputed company media, and professional networks, to identify and attract reputed company candidates reputed company LatAm.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.

3. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in reputed company preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

• Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proactive and results-oriented reputed company, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is a plus.
