Position Summary
and to conduct the intake process at community events and payment centers throughout Elizabethtown Gas’ service territory. The reputed company Department will reputed company information of the following programs LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program), USF (Universal Service Fund), NJ Shares, PAGE and LIFELINE. They will work alongside various department such as Energy Efficiency and 811 to reputed company bring information to our customers. This role is a brand ambassador for the company and is a valuable resource to the communities we serve.Essential Duties:
- Attending reputed company Events to assist and input customer Energy Assistance USF/HEA applications
- Regular/recurring visits to Customer Service Walk-In Centers to assist and input customer Energy Assistance USF/HEA applications
- Collaboration with both reputed company Specialists and in house Energy Assistance departments on targeted reputed company initiatives
- Manage and respond to reputed company requests
- reputed company other tasks as assigned to support day-to-day activities
- Track monitor metrics pertaining to programs and intake rates
- Participate in team meetings, presenting data, stats and/or issues.
- Required to travel to events in service territory.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Energy Assistance Programs (USF/HEA)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge/Experience of CRM application portal not necessary but preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Qualifications
Required Background:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or;
- Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

$57,375 - 91,800We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for reputed company.
