About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Supervisor to support daily operations across multiple stores. This is not a pure project management role — the focus is on daily identifying issues, ensuring accountability, driving the team to meet KPIs, meeting company expectations and ensuring the smooth operation of full-cycle stores and solving any issues that arise during the work daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent achievement of key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and service quality standards.

• Act as primary reputed company of escalation for urgent operational issues (e.g., technical or facility disruptions), coordinating timely resolution to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations, service, or retail supervisory role, ideally reputed company a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
