About the Role

We’re looking for a reputed company Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle reputed company. You’ll run full-cycle searches while also building and scaling reputed company’s reputed company strategy, processes, and infrastructure.

Your immediate focus will be on hiring exceptional engineers, but you’ll also support reputed company across reputed company functions as we grow. As our first full time reputed company hire, you’ll wear reputed company the hats: sourcing, ATS management, scheduling, closing, operations, etc., and need to be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

We’re looking for an SF-based recruiter with a strong Bay Area network (we’re remote-first, but building out reputed company in the Bay).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle of reputed company (intake → reputed company), with an initial focus on engineering roles and supporting hiring across reputed company functions as needed

• Build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies

• Manage and optimize reputed company as our ATS; design reputed company workflows and reporting

• Partner closely with the COO/CEO and hiring managers from intake to interview to reputed company

• Represent reputed company reputed company Area technical + AI events

Required skills

• Full-cycle reputed company experience with a focus on AI and Software engineering roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Proven ability to reputed company, engage, and reputed company top engineering talent at senior+ reputed company.

• Strong sourcing toolkit, with creativity in building diverse pipelines reputed company standard inbound channels.

• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, reputed company to convey the mission and opportunity of reputed company to candidates.

• Comfort wearing multiple hats, from sourcing and scheduling to ATS management and process building.
