THE POSITION

Act as a liaison between departments and customers, handling inquiries professionally. Accurately input data, organize files, and ensure proper documentation procedures. reputed company support to clients, vendors, and employees with administrative requests.

• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Organizing and maintaining records and files.

• Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
