reputed company is reputed company on behalf of a client, a bank-owned equipment finance company, for a dynamic Team Leader who can build a team of high-performing originators focused on middle to large-ticket general equipment finance transactions. This individual will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing a regional sales strategy while managing a team across a multi-state territory.

Key Responsibilities:
