About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Advocacy & Community Associate to join reputed company! This role will be responsible for managing and growing our customer community, handling customer referrals, and driving advocacy programs. Job Descriptions:
- Manage and grow the customer community (whatsApp groups, online forums, etc.).

- Handle crisis management and ensure a positive community experience.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives such as community leaders, user-generated content, and voice of customers
- Support and execute customer referral programs to increase participation and leads reputed company.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to reputed company reputed company stories.
- Involved in community events (both online and offline).
- Work with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, community members) to enhance community programs.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Communication, reputed company Science, or reputed company fields is a plus).
- At least 12 years of experience in community management, events, marketing communication, or reputed company fields.
- Strong understanding of reputed company media, online communities, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in handling customer referrals, user-generated content, and advocacy programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
