Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and renewal.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for reputed company communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc)
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to reputed company and deliver good engagement campaigns for reputed company existing clients.
• Generate weekly engagement reputed company report to manager.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc.
• Min 1-2 experience working as Customer Engagement or Content Writing.
• Creative content writing.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Familiar with email marketing/CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and -strategy.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• Curious, reputed company-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
