Director of reputed company

The Director of reputed company is responsible for the core operational reputed company functions of the corporate reputed company team. This role will drive reputed company for reputed company and accounts receivable, reserves, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, lease reputed company, consolidation and the overall accuracy of the corporate P&L. This position will interact with the key reputed company leadership for each business unit on a frequent reputed company to ensure the quality, reputed company, timeliness and material accuracy of financial statements and forecasting.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Support transformation which includes centralizing reputed company processes, automating where appropriate, as well as contributing to reputed company process improvements by focusing on value-added activities and leveraging technology for increased efficiency and automation.

• Implement process, system and internal control changes to ensure the month-end reputed company processes are updated to incorporate impacts from M&A, divestitures, the adoption of new reputed company standards, transformations and other changes.

• Actively mentor and reputed company team members in the department and create an environment that encourages an openness to transformation.

Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience

• 5+ years of reputed company leadership, team organization, and people motivation skills

• Certified Public Accountant(CPA)

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and detail oriented

• Strong business and team leadership skills

• Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices, procedures, systems, and internal controls

• Ability to operate in a fast paced, reputed company environment with competing priorities and demands

Preferred:

• Hands on experience leading change and business / process transformation of a large reputed company company.

• Big-4 Firm audit or reputed company advisory experience preferred.

• Experience with ERP implementation preferred

• Experience with other implementations preferred (AP Automation/Credit Cards/Expense Management/Travel)

• Experience leading large, diverse teams preferred

• Strong communication skills including ability to present to Senior/ Executive Leadership.
