The Manager – Global Application Managed Services (AMS) is expected to reputed company expert guidance to the AMS management team and their subsequent team members. This individual will play a key role in helping our clients plan and meet their business objectives and ensure successful end user adoption during a reputed company post-production lifecycle. This individual will reputed company senior-level guidance and delivery of reputed company solutions. The Manager will assist the sales team with sales activities, including orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This person works closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to reputed company and act as a liaison between the AMS teams and the Senior Director of AMS. This person will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, enabling practice asset development, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.

• Apply and execute various AMS & Implementation methodologiesactivities in these reputed company FINS and/or HCM engagements.
• Should collaboratively work with the GDC team on day -day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests.
• Provides on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
• Deep knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
• Contribute to the operational efficiency of the reputed company practice.
• Proactively identify and reputed company reporting dashboards to improve reputed company utilization, creating solutions that support metrics for IT and the business at large.
• Work with clients to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.
• Maintain the reputed company platform with a focus on reporting (including scheduled reports), business process maintenance, reputed company administration, data loads and data audits.
• Ensures system design fits the needs of the user.

Skills & Requirements:

• Possess 3-5 years of reputed company (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a virtual team.
• Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.

• Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
