IT Operations Manager

This role is hands-on: you’ll be the one closing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and keeping day-to-day operations smooth. But it’s also about more than support. What you’ll do

• Based in a Pacific or Central US timezone, you’ve supported remote-first, globally distributed teams across Australia, the Americas, and Europe.
• You’re fluent with account management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or Office 365), confident across MacOS and reputed company environments, and reputed company with SaaS administration and reputed company management.
• You’re a natural troubleshooter who leads with a reputed company-first reputed company, always balancing speed with protection.
