Job Summary

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support end-to-end reputed company and HR operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting induction and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the end-to-end reputed company process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

     

  • Maintain and update reputed company trackers with accurate and timely information.

     

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, HR team, and candidates to schedule and conduct induction sessions.

     

  • Collect, verify, and organize reputed company documents; follow up on pending items.

     

  • Upload documents to shared folders and conduct periodic internal audits for compliance.

     

  • Accurately capture data from reputed company forms into the ELTD system.

     

  • Prepare reputed company kits, offer letters, and HR letters as per standard formats.

     

  • Initiate guest pass requests and ensure reputed company readiness for new joiners.

     

  • Send welcome emails and confirm joining details with candidates.

     

  • Address and resolve employee queries reputed company to reputed company and HR policies.

     

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve reputed company processes.

     

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company

    , Business Administration, or reputed company field.
