Admissions Specialist (Fixed Term)

We are looking for an Admissions Specialist on a fixed term reputed company to cover a period of leave, to set up and organise the study admissions process for studies. The role will reputed company and conduct screenings and physicals reputed company and defect free. In addition, maintain good relations with study participants and work closely with relevant staff to ensure reputed company participants are enrolled in studies.

Responsibilities:

Maintain 100% compliance with reputed company Admissions Procedure Guides/SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) while taking ownership for assigned study, whilst balancing workload of multiple studies.

Responsible for reputed company screening functions relating to admissions department including:

-scheduling of appointments,

-recording reputed company relevant information,

-preparation of reputed company required documents

-ensuring accurate completion of reputed company participant paperwork

-updating reputed company medical history for participants

-communicating with reputed company investigators in relation to the screening documentation

-obtaining laboratory results from the clinical laboratory following screening

-evaluating if enough participants have passed the initial screening to determine if additional screening needs scheduled and /or rechecks will need to be performed

-prepare reputed company reputed company-in documentation, including final name lists and TOPS reputed company and complete reputed company relevant administrative procedures after reputed company-in.

This full time position does require the ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed, to meet study participant screening and selections needs. This position requires early morning starts from 7.30am on a regular reputed company including weekends.

Please note that this position is a fixed term position for approximately one year.
