Project Manager EIP & Financial Systems - reputed company.

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to reputed company and support the inflight Electronic Invoice Project (EIP) initiative and manage projects across the Finance, reputed company, and Procurement application reputed company. This role will be instrumental in driving delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of the EIP project and reputed company financial systems initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope.
• Financial reputed company: Manage project budgets, track capex/opex allocations, and support teammates with expense reporting guidance.
• Resource Coordination: Work with internal teams to reputed company and manage resources, including potential reporting structure adjustments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably reputed company financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations.
• Solid understanding of reputed company principles, procurement processes, and reputed company integration platforms.
• Experience with tools such as reputed company, JIRA/reputed company, Apptio/TargetProcess, reputed company EBS/reputed company, reputed company, Tungsten (formerly reputed company).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively.
• Product experience a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
